「Stayed with my parents who are in their 90s to visit daughter who attends UNCW. It was the perfect place to retreat to after full days of exploring Wilmington and visiting UNCW. The cottage is tidy and the backyard is so inviting. Will definitely visit again. 」

「The home was well decorated, very clean, and we had a great time. We’re a group of young girls and felt super safe the entire time. It’s a quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking, and a short drive to downtown. The beach is maybe a 20 min drive at most. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!」

「We stayed at this property for two nights. The house spacious and clean. The towels were especially fresh. All of us were adults, but the room that is set up for children is adorable and has lots of books and toys for them. We didn’t have a pet, but the downstairs was clearly pet friendly. We also enjoyed the front porch, the back porch, and the ambiance of the neighborhood. Cherie was super responsive but we had zero problems.」

「The house was great! Modern conveniences paired with historic architecture. We loved the front porch and hung out there even when it was well above 90. The proximity to the riverfront/riverwalk was great. An easy walk being just a couple blocks away. Being surrounded by so many beautiful historic homes was incredible. A great place to visit. 」
