My group of six had a great stay here from 5/27 to 6/3. The layout is thoughtful, with the three bedrooms well separated for quiet, and beautifully decorated. The condo overlooks the pool area. A boardwalk leads to the gorgeous private beach. Shopping and restaurants are nearby - there's an arcade, gift shop, and DQ across the street.
The kitchen is fully equipped - plenty of dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware, bakeware. Coffeemaker is both drip and K-cup. Stainless steel fridge, electric range, dishwasher, microwave. TVs in the two queen bedrooms, and in the living room. LR balcony is screened and seats four. Comfy throws, games, toys, local guides in LR.
Plenty of bed linens, blankets, towels, washcloths. At least a dozen beach towels in the hallway cabinet, four beach chairs in the entryway. A basket of pool noodles and toys next to the shoe cubby, a kickboard, kite, and other pool toys are in the laundry room, and we donated a boogie board. There's a charcoal starter chimney in the cabinets over the washer/dryer, and four charcoal grills on site, which we used.
This is a family-friendly property. I was comfortable letting our two teen girls go wherever they wanted on their own. I wish we'd booked a second week.
