Stairs, stairs, stairs
Nice location, 2 blk to beach but the dunes and beach itself are very deep. We clocked 1/3 mile to waters edge. 1 block to ice cream, deli, & taco place. 6 bdrms; 2 on ground fl. (bunk bed & queen) but No Bathroom!!
Must walk up 16 steps to 2nd fl; hall bath, 1 dble bed, 1 qn, & 1 qn ensuite bath. This flr. also has a W/D, den with dusty pull out couch, wine bar, and broken children's table, plus covered porch with 3 rusted chairs. Up 16 steps to 3rd. fl. lvg rm, dining rm, gourmet kitchen, big deck; rusted table &chairs set +2 extra chairs. Plus the 6th bdrm (queen ensuite) and a 1/2 bath. Beautiful kitchen lacking dishware, coffee mugs, & silverware, decent coffee pot. Has Keurig, went to DD for java. Plenty of beer and wine glasses. No kids dinnerware. Garage was great but all beach gear covered in sand and rust. The outdoor shower has opened trellis as screen, could only be used for rinsing off sand. This beautiful house could be luxurious but it is looking tired. Needs TLC. Decor is lovely but no one is managing the upkeep; Overhead lights out, closets full of dirty sheets, old uncomfortable furniture. Reminds me of a Party or Frat house. Lots of refrigerators! Not some place we would ever return. NO BEACH PASSES PROVIDED, INCONVENIENT!! We rented linens. Host lacks communication.
