Sweet Pre-Holiday Getaway

Adorable Margate cottage. Very nicely updated and furnished with all the things you need and want. All the electronic conveniences - televisions in every room, outlets and charging ports in all spots. The outdoor kitchen was amazing. We were here in November so it wasn't something we used, but it look like it would be so wonderful in warmer seasons. Very cool to be within walking distance to bay (one block) and the ocean (approx. three blocks). The Atlantic Ocean is beautiful in all the seasons.

Beautiful Bungalow!

We had such a great long weekend in Margate! The bungalow had everything we needed, was clean, and close to the bay and a short walk to the beach. Bikes were available to use, which were a great addition. Thank you for hosting!

Quaint and fun

We very much enjoyed our stay in this clean, adorable cottage. We would definitely be interested in staying again, it’s the perfect size and has all of the amenities you would want in a beach house, walking distance to all the great margate restaurants!

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing weekend away at this cute little gem in Margate! The listing was exactly as described and pictured, super comfortable and clean! The host was very helpful and always quick to respond. The unit came with more things than most VRBOs I have stayed in (kitchen condiments, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) The outdoor area was so cute to hang out in too and very private. Like some other comments have mentioned, we did wish for a bit more privacy at night since the shades felt a bit sheer - but the unit is so tucked away that it wasn’t an issue. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again, we can’t stop talking about how much we enjoyed it!

Outstanding, dog friendly residence for a peaceful week at the beach

This cottage was a small gem; beautifully furnished. We were 2 people, but it would easily accommodate a couple of our kids as well. The main living space was lovely - back bedroom with custom lighting and bunks was such a fun space that my dog and I chose to nap and read there. The patio + outdoor kitchen were great. There was no need to bring bedding, toiletries, cooking utensils, beach bikes - everything was there and of high quality. This location on a quiet street between the beach and bay could not be more convenient. Great restaurants abounded and the Margate beach (in mid-September) was beautiful. Also, this is very close to OC, AC, Avalon, ... The property is truly dog-friendly, and we visited nearby Malibu Dog beach every day. Nutshell: We would come back to this wonderful Margate cottage in a heartbeat ... our highest praise for the place and property managers!

Lovely Bay Side Cottage

The sweetest cottage. Great use of space and a really beautiful fenced in backyard. Good for a small family, clean, lots of towels, some toys and can fit a pack and play in the second bedroom. 5 min walk to steve and cookies.

Girls trip

Had a great time in Scott's property. It was clean, we had everything we needed, and it was walking distance to restaurants, the beach, and the bay. Will be back!
