The only staff I saw were house keeping, security, and beverage servers. But they were nice. The dining options were pitiful. The choices were super expensive or greasy fast food in the food court. We ended up going to the Paris side, which was also horribly expensive. This is not unique to horseshoe. Vegas is now too expensive for us to visit.

They gave my room away and put me in a double room wit what was supposed to be Queen beds, but they definitely weren't Queen beds and Im a big guy.
