“Terrible experience overall. As a solo female traveler, I felt like a second-class guest. The staff were generally disrespectful, impatient, and unhelpful. Very few employees spoke English, and communication was extremely difficult throughout my stay. The worst experience happened at a restaurant where I planned to have dinner. Due to a misunderstanding with my order, a staff member apparently entered it incorrectly. An older man from the kitchen then came out carrying a huge fish and loudly……

“The location is very good, where the entrence of the city of Pompeii is just next to the hotel. Free parking is provided. The garden is fascinating where lots of home planted lemon trees are all around. You can take lots of great photos in this fascinating garden at night. Dishes were excellent especially the Napoli pizza.”

“Stayed 6 days in Sorrento in this hotel ! Satisfied!!! They don't have hotel parking , but will help you to arrange parking at a 8 mins walk parking spot 2 0 dollars per day!! Their roof top bar has the best vibes in Sorrento !!! Love it They have a very pretty maintenance garden too !!”

“A Magical Stay on the Amalfi Coast! Hotel Villa Fraulo in Ravello exceeded all expectations. The views from our balcony suite are simply breathtaking — the panoramic vistas over the Tyrrhenian Sea and the coastline are unlike anything I've ever seen. Waking up to that scenery every morning for four nights was an experience I'll never forget. The suite itself was incredibly spacious — well-appointed, elegant, and with the tower balcony adding a truly special touch. It felt like a private retreat……

“Clean room, helpful staff but very limited range of food in breakfast and dinner plus the main meals were tasteless. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and we had to spend 40 euros everyday on taxi to go to and from train station - not a good location plus the experience was of a very basic hotel even though we paid the price for a luxury hotel.”
