“The home was very clean and comfortable. You do hear noise from outside: traffic and pedestrians. The location is perfect; we walked everywhere. Lots of good shops and restaurants nearby. The cross street becomes a fresh food market on Friday morning. Harry and Velia were very helpful. I do not think the stairs are safe for very small children; hence the low rating re family-friendly.”

The most troubling issue was that a member of staff entered the apartment while we were staying there. When I confronted him directly, he apologised, but when I reported the incident to the office, they insisted that they had only notified us (via email during our stay) that someone would be accessing the exterior of the property — not the interior.
