“This house has a river running through the backyard! It is completely stocked for cooking, game playing, comfy beds and more. We took a bus tour into Yosemite and the pickup point was 2 minutes away. We did a UTV tour and that started 4 minutes away! We went to Bass Lake- about 10 minutes away! Really pleased!”

“This was a fun way to stay close to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park. You have to understand you are staying in an RV, not a hotel room. With that understood, it was wonderful. Plenty of room for two of us. We could store groceries to pack our lunch, spend the day hiking and come back to make a simple dinner. We didn't need much from the property owners, but they were attentive when we had questions and made sure we had what we needed for a great stay. While the property is right on highway 49 we didn't get disturbed in any way by vehicle traffic. The cottage is very nice and comfortable. ”

“We enjoyed our stay, the location was great not too far from the freeway but far enough away you were not in the “city”. The owners were very accommodating to us. They even had toys for my three year old to play with outside. The outdoor playground was great. The trailer was well kept, and ready for us when we arrived. It had a large cover on top to help it when it was sunny. We were happy to find this gem for our 4 night stay. I would book with them again if I return to this area.”

The property is amazing and the area beautiful. There is access to great mountain bike trails outside of Oakhurst. “The cabin is definitely really cozy. Sadly, there were a few issues like the AC unit, but Eric quickly dealt with that which I deeply appreciated. I loved the location. If you want privacy, this is the place to be. I slept well every evening. And the cleaning lady, Toni, was great. I had forgotten my toiletry bag and she went out of her way to make sure I got it back.”

“We had 7 adults and 4 young kids. The house is nice and spacious and the basketball court and pool table were fun. My family always meets up and stays in a vacation rental and this is the first time we didn’t have everything we needed in the kitchen of a rental. It would be fine for minimal cooking.
