“I reserved and paid for my non refundable room through Expedia with the assurance of NO additional fees When I arrive the rudest man informed me I would need to produce a credit card for an additional charge of $50 that I would get refunded upon departure . I questions the attendant , I relayed that I was assured no charges would be required . He provided vague and inconsistent or reasonable answers .
