The modern two-storey “Wairau Stone” home is nestled on over 3 acres of lush pasture land, facing East over the protected private beach and the pristine Manukau Harbour. With ample space to accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably, this home is perfect for families, couples, or even corporate retreats.

While we uphold a strict 'No Party Policy' to ensure respect for our property and neighbors, we encourage our guests to relax and enjoy their time here. Please note that any disruptive gatherings will result in immediate cancellation of your booking.

Perfect spot for family getaway

We had the most wonderful time at Awhitu. The beach down the path was so perfect for all of the kids to explore, the house has so much space for everyone to spread out and so well set up for families.

Birthday Retreat

We had such a great time in Awhitu, the house is great for large groups with uts extensive balcony & lounge areas. So close to your own private beach which is great for an early morning walk around to the boat ramp. Highly recommend staying here, host & mamager very easy to deal with too!

Awesome Place

This is 2nd time we have been here and both times the place has been perfect. Great area for walks and 2 minutes walk to beach and 5minutes to Awhitu Winery. We hope to be back again some time soon. Thanks to the hosts as great communication, and ever thing as per the Bookabach site

Perfect for a large group

Great, large accomodation for a weekend away with extended family. Beautiful ocean views and hop skip and a jump to the beach. Other family members had stayed here before so recommended this to us and we would definately stay here again.

Graham's Beach Getaway

The property well exceeded my expectations. Was a fantastic weekend with every amenity covered and we even made it two doors down to the local winery for tasting. The beach is absolutely beautiful and we felt like we were overseas, will definitely be booking again.

Perfect Getaway

Comfortable and beautiful view! Our family of eight came to explore NZ, and this was the perfect start to our vacation. More than enough room to spread out, and an incredible view. The beach access was a highlight. Wish we could have stayed longer!
