Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed, while bedroom 3 is fitted with a single bed, a king single and a trundler bed. There is also a second lounge fitted with a double sofa bed when required, making this is an ideal option for family groups and couples.

In addition to the ensuite, there is a family bathroom plus a separate toilet.

Please note that this property is 2.7 km out of Matakana Village (4 minute drive). It is on a shared private road and there is a speed limit of 20km per hour for safety reasons.

This home enjoys a beautifully private setting, accessed via a 1.8 km rural driveway. As the road can be uneven in areas, vehicles with low clearance may prefer to take extra care when travelling along the driveway.
