The perfect dogbox

The dogbox is situated in a peaceful and private country setting. Enjoy the stunning views from the deck as well as the sunrise and sunset.
The perfect place to relax, yet a 5 min walk takes you to a cafe overlooking the estuary and a 2 min drive takes you to Omaha Beach.

Matakana Village (5 min drive) offers a great variety of entertainment; The Matakana Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, shops, cafes, retaurants, a brewery and a unique boutique cinema.

The Dog Box
Once we finally found the property and caught up with the owners after an initial lack of communication we found him to be very friendly, helpful and with a great knowledge of the area! The accomadition was quaint but so comfortable. Very handy to a number of local attractions. Arrived to the heater on so the room was lovely and cosy. Everything was clean and tidy. Would recommend a stay here. A beautiful area.
