• On the ground floor, a large, warm and bright living area, combines the living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to a landscaped terrace overlooking the park. You will also find a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a separate toilet.
• Upstairs, three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed (1.40mx2m), and two bedrooms with single beds (0.80mx2m) for children. A bathroom with a shower and toilet completes the night-time space.
