「All the staff, in particular David, were incredibly helpful, professional & thoughtful. A minor personal crisis occurred and David could not have been more thoughtful & understanding. The hotel is perfectly located. The suite had everything we needed and the massive bed was super comfy. I cannot recommend this place enough.」

「Struttura molto bella esternamente, Camera bella spaziosa ed insonorizzata, Aree comuni e corridoi un po' trascurati, Personale del bar poco attivo,(il servizio esterno non era previsto ma i tavoli sono rimasti sporchi e pieni di stoviglie sporche per ore)tranne il barman molto veloce ed efficiente. Per essere un 4stelle ci ha deluso un po'. Palestra e piscina belle attrezzate e personale molto cortese.」

「Pros: All staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast (and other meals) from the adjoining restaurant, Jack Fenn, was good. Parking was easy and convenient, being free, and right outside the front door. Very comfortable environment, loved the smell of the fire as we walked in to check in. Nice wooded area to walk around (although I was disappointed in humanity to see so much trash along the beautiful trails). Cons: Water was barely warm enough to shower, but good water pressure. ...

「The lodge was very clean, parking was easy and the location was an easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The room was small and had no air circulation. The mattresses were low quality and the bed squeaked with every slight movement.」

「Stunning views.just beautiful. Large comfortable apartment equipped with pretty much everything you need at a very good price.A great base for exploring sligo donegal and Leitrim. Shop onsite is a little odd... They could consider a higher quality laundry detergent but for what we paid I am not complaining.」

「The staff where very polite and the food in the bar was excellent.... There was also plenty of parking, which has been an issue in the 15 years i have been visiting Ballina and staying elsewhere. There are plenty of aminities but unfortunatly i did not use any of them...」
