“We found this condo at the last minute as our previous plans fell through -we were skeptical since it had no reviews yet but looked nice. The condo was clean and comfortable - thanks for the cookies as well. A few minor items to mention but since this is a new rental all easy fixes and not major concerns - need to have a screen door in the deck, 2 of the TVs were not set up (mgr helped us do one of them), the tv in the front bedroom didn’t have a cord and there were some loose screws on the……

“Beatrice is the absolutely the best host. She goes out of her way to make sure you feel like you're at home. Place is very clean and close to many restaurants and shopping. No better place to stay in the Augusta area. Having a reserved parking place is a great benefit. ”

“The location was great. Nice duplex type house, 2 bedrooms 2 bath with washer and dryer. Has shamoo, body wash, laundry detergent and dish soap. No extra frills like games. Could have been cleaner is the only problem we had. ”
