「Great location」

「Feel like home, will definitely return when we are back to Rome. 」

「We loved the location and the apertivo time. Just make sure you leave your room before noon for housekeeping if you need it!」

「I would have to say the location was everything, it was walking distance to every sight we wanted to see while in Rome. I would definitely stay here when I go back. Nd the staff was very friendly and helpful which any questions we had. Five star for sure」

「I didn’t like the elevators. Too small and one day they were broken. We had to go up 4 flights of stairs. Thankfully, it wasn’t today we arrived with our luggage. I love the area surrounding the hotel, walking distance to everything. Loved my room, new, spacious and very clean」

「Good service 」

「Perfect」

Management explicitly approved a proposed solution in writing. Upon arrival, the Front Desk confirmed and implemented that agreement. Hours later, the hotel reversed its position, claiming there had been a “misunderstanding,” and demanded a significantly higher rate. Emails from management were later treated as if they...
