“Van alles deugde niet: de gegevens om het huis binnen te komen werden steeds maar niet verstuurd. Op mails kwam lange tijd geen antwoord. De schoonmaal liet erg te wensen over: afwasmachine was niet uitgeruims; de wasmachine zat nog vol met nat wasgoed - bizar. Als het regende lekte het dak, zodat de badkamervloer nat werd. En nog meer, maar ik stop er maar mee.”

“The cottage was a lovely place to stay. The property was very quiet and presented exactly as the listing described. We had everything we required and everything was clean and tidy. The pool area was lovely. There wasnt really anything in the village but the nearest town was only 10 or so minutes away. There was a supermarket and petrol station and a market. Was definitely somewhere i could return too. The hosts were lovely as well and sorted any small problems we had quickly. All in all would……

“We had a wonderful week. Communication beforehand was great and nothing was too much trouble. If youre looking for bright lights and busyness this is not it - though its only a car journey away. The pool about a minute's walk down the path was beautiful. The cottage was clean and contained everything we needed. Would return.”

“Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis. Le logement est parfait pour deux couples avec enfants : piscine hors-sol, balançoire, ping-pong, billard… Le terrain clos est idéal pour des enfants en bas âge. Le logement est très bien équipé, notamment en cuisine. Belles pièces et espace extérieur charmant, au calme et à 15min de voiture de Cognac. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !”

“Very comfortable with everything needed for a self catering holiday. Lots of outdoor space and we loved the pool. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and enjoyable days out. Saintes was a particular favourite. Nothing went wrong but we felt reassured that Bernal would sort out any problems. Grateful thanks.”

“Rendez-vous annuel de cousinade croisant différents âges. Accueil très très adapté (nous sommes restés à l'arrêt un peu plus d'une heure pour cause d'accident routier).lieu pittoresque décoration historique dans le meilleur sens qui soit. Tout est beau. Les petits (9, 8, 7, 7 ,4 et 4 )ont fait un voyage dans le temps 😅. Très bien équipé, jeux pour les enfants intérieurs et extérieurs. Le top c'est la cour fermée, pas trop de surveillance constante. Eau chaude constante, chauffage à la demande……

“Lieu incroyable ! C’est le meilleur hébergement pour un groupe. Avec beaucoup de place pour les couchages avec des lits très confortable. L’hébergement était très propre avec beaucoup d’équipements. C’était un super séjour. Catherine est très gentille et disponible. Nous recommandons à 1000% !! À bientôt La team Rose et Noir de Saint Grégoire”

“We had a wonderful week in the gite. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We were looking for a relaxing week away to unwind and could not have picked a better place. The weather was warm enough for us to use the pool a few times which was clean and welcoming. We used the garden/patio area everyday which was also clean, tidy and comfortable. We will definitely look to stay here again.”

“Beautiful cottage with everything you need. Use of grounds and pool. Very friendly, helpful, hosts gave lots of advice on things to do and places to visit and nothing was too much trouble. Enclosed garden to the cottage so our dog could be let off lead. Peaceful location, we had a great stay, thank you Jill and Phil.”

“Très belle maison très bien équipée et décorée, on se sent comme chez soi. Les espaces de vie sont vastes, 3 grandes chambres au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée. Un seul bémol si on n'est que des adultes, le couchage au 1er étage est moins confortable.”
