"One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful. By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. After reaching the hotel, we arrived only to find out...

"This was exactly what we wanted. Well-equipped accomodation with fantastic mountain views (weather permitting ;-)). A short walk to an interesting town and an easy drive to other places of interest such as the Cirque de Gavarnie. Odile was charming and helpful (especially carrying our bags up the track in her quadbke and trailer)!"

"The little house was great for the price. Could be improved by air conditioning. It is very warm in bedrooms and as it was raining could not let in fresh air. One let down

"Property was full and not enough close parking. The beds were really uncomfortable. I think that for the high price we’ve paid the conditions could be better. The lady in the reception was adorable, the bedsheets and towels were exceptionally clean. It was only 3 minutes away (car) from downtown and the telecabine. The apartment was big including the rooms. "

Bravo l'architecte! Pas d'aĂ©ration non plus ... on est 8 Ă  dormir ... mĂȘme le balcon, en bas, grand ouvert, on Ă©touffe quand mĂȘme ! Ambiance : refuge de montagne ! "
