  • In the heart of Saint-Goustan, the historic and most sought-after district of Auray, this beautifully renovated house welcomes up to 8 guests with high-end finishes. Set on a cobbled street just steps from the harbour quays, it offers all the charm of southern Brittany. Spread over several floors, the 170 m² home features bright, generous living spaces, a large lounge with a wood stove opening onto a private terrace, and a fully equipped new open kitchen. Four bedrooms: a master suite with dressing room and private shower room, a guest room with private shower room, a large room with two king beds, and a further guest room with a king bed. A rare bonus in this pedestrian area: a private parking space just 100 m away. Restaurants, bars, shops and the market are all within walking distance, and you are close to the Gulf of Morbihan, Carnac, Quiberon and Vannes. Pets welcome. Non-smoking indoors.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette très jolie maison de caractère spacieuse et particulièrement bien placée. L hôte est disponible et réactif. La place de parking sur le port,le service de conciergerie au top sont des avantages particulièrement appréciables. Nous recommandons

We had a fantastic stay here and would definitely return. The house was immaculate, stylish and beautifully finished. Everything felt brand new and it had absolutely everything we needed. The showers in particular were brilliant.The location is excellent. It’s very quiet in the evenings, but during the day there’s a lovely buzz around the street and harbour. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the harbour itself is a gorgeous place to wander around.Walk up the hill and you’re right in the heart of Auray, which is a really interesting and attractive town. We were also lucky enough to catch the lovely local market while we were there.It’s a great base for exploring this part of Brittany too. The car park is only about a 10-minute walk away, with a pleasant walk around the harbour to get there.Beautiful house, brilliant location and a perfect stay. We’d happily stay again.
