“At some point the residence is nice, with comfy bed and well-equipped kitchen, I would say this part is above average. In the pricey Vienna, they provide an affordable price with the convenient location. However, the service is far below standard. The host has never replied any single message (until now). When we arrive earlier than check-in time, they didn't reply whether we can store the luggage or not. After we check-in, they didn't provide any information of the wifi, the same issue happens……

“8min walking from Graz rail station (better the exit to old town even though A&O is located in the opposite side) and 20min to old town. No kitchen and even no kettle and microwave. Reception lacks experience but has ok attitude. Room is clean with separate toilet and shower rooms. If the team becomes experienced and kitchen is equipped, it will become a super good place. ”

“Very helpful staff extremely good value very easy and convenient clean shower and toilets and very close to the city Center would recommend to any travellers - one small note is that there was a medium size stain on the pod cover but the inside was perfectly clean”

Lo malo es que no hay recepción, tienes que registrarte en una página y es un poco complicado, además tardan en responder con el acceso de las puertas (la principal y de tu habitación). Si llegas tarde o está lloviendo te quedas en la calle esperando. Una de mis camas no tenía cortina. Los lockers no funcionaban y el baño de hombres estaba un poco sucio.”

“This hostel is very good. The receptionist was here til midnight and he is very helpful. The room is bigger than we thought and it is comfortable. Warm water for the shared shower is not enough at night when everyone wants to take a shower. May need to wait a little bit longer, but the bathroom is tidy. The kitchen is quite small, but equipped which is very good. Free biscuits and drinks are plus!”

“The male employee who helps with check in was fraternizing with young women staying there. Was not comfortable with that so I reached out to the property and they said they followed up and it won’t continue to happen. However, as a solo female traveller, I found this situation overall very inappropriate. The coffee shop was nice, location was excellent, welcome drink was included, and room was fine. Other downsides: showers flood and bathrooms were gross, the staff threw out my products in the……
