It's a motel not a hotel

As the others mentioned, it's a motel, not a hotel...not that clean for the money we paid, i had to swap our beds with my kids one for safety reasons, there's ladder to climb up to the to top bed which is entirely not safe, also was too small for my boys. Over all outside the property looks nicer than inside.

Climatisation qui coule

Nous avons loué une chambre pour reprendre la route le lendemain. A l'acceuil la dame nous explique que la clim fuit et qu'elle n'y peut rien y faire qu'ils ont mit une serviette sur le sol en attendant!toute la nuit nous avons dormis avec un goutte à goutte! La nuit a été bien compliquée!

Rummen är i 2 plan och luftkonditioneringen räcker bara till nedervåningen. Bra frukost utomhus. Busshållplats utanför hotellet för resa in till staden. Utemiljön är väldigt nedgången och någon egen uteplats har man inte.

La chambre est exiguë et mal nettoyée et il y a une forte odeur d'égout venant de la salle de bain. De plus, le climatiseur fixe était cassé et a été remplacé par un climatiseur portable qui ressemblait à un hélicoptère. Terrible nuit.

TB pour l'hotel mais 0 pointé pour H.com

Viellot mais charmant. Propre et calme. Par contre le site annonce l'hotel en centre ville, c'est faux. Il est dans une zone industrielle. Il faut prendre le bus ET le tram pour aller en ville!!! Après 21h c'est Taxi!!!

Furchtbar ungepflegter dreckiger Zustand. Boden sieht aus als wurde nicht einmal gefegt/gewischt. Überall Haare und klebrige Oberflächen. Unzumutbar Die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns außerdem vor dem Lärm durch 50 Jugendlichen Gäste gewarnt. Auch sollten wir erst nach 9 Uhr zum Frühstück kommen, da die o.g. Gäste alle gleichzeitig um 7:30 dort wären und ein Frühstück für meine Familie und mich nicht angenehm werden würde.

Problème de réservation malgré plus de 4 appels de ma part un coup j ai pas de chambre malgré mail de confirmation et après j ai 2 chambre tjs malgré mail de réservation qui dit le contraire. Une seule applique fonctînnait sur les 3, connexion wifi horrible sautait / fonctionnait pas, chasse d eau des toilettes a problème, pas de sèche cheveux, tuyauterie salle de bains plus qu usées, petit déjeuner plus que médiocre : tout est congelé pain viennoiserie charcuterie de très mauvaise qualité… même pas de grille pain pr toaster Pain / pain de mie ou d œuf tt est donné au compte goutte… pourquoi ne pas prendre du pain et des viennoiseries fraîches ds une boulangerie à proximité ?

A éviter sauf si on devait dormir dehors

Beaucoup de problèmes : dysfonctionnement cartes magnétiques plusieurs allers et retours accueil et chambre, ensuite dysfonctionnement télécommande télévision, plusieurs allers et retours, ensuite climatisation Une fois installé, lits bruyants couinaient particulièrement celui côté porte, robinet bruyant, défaut d'aération salle de bain (miroir énorme buée) baignoire très glissante (j'ai glissé fortement)..l’accueil même sympathique nous a indiquer d'aller chez IBIS pour le petit déjeuner, une fois assis, le pain dans la bouche, nous avons du partir, encore aller et retour, une fois arrivés, quelle déception, triste petits déjeuners, chocolat en poudre que du sucre, boisson également, que des prix de base, tout laisser à désirer, des tranches de saucissons transparentes comme le fromage .. Personnellement je n'ai rien pris ..C'est honteux.. Pour guerre plus aller voir Le MAS DES CARMES, TERRE DE PROVENCE un luxe, petit déjeuner compris de roi et de très grande qualité...Aux petits soins, très bon, bien servis...Mauvaise expérience au Christol (Tout est à repenser tant sur la nourriture que le confort des chambres décevantes.. Peut être le mauvais jour, la mauvaise chambre ..

Les plus : très bon accueil, le personnel est dévoué et agréable, la salle de restauration spacieuse, joli extérieur, petits déjeuners complets. Les moins : chambre minuscule, étouffante, literie fatiguée, chasse d’eau d’un autre temps, (contrastant avec le panneau « nous sommes soucieux de l’environnement ne gaspillez pas d’eau) pas de détecteur incendie.
