「This is a great property just a few blocks from Avila Beach. They had a lot of nice amenities. The parking area is really small so it might be tricky for larger cars. The owners arrived at the property promptly at 11am, I assume to clean for the next guests so be prepared to check out on time!」

We loved chatting with him and getting a tour of the place and his pups, Bourbon and Cider were soooo sweet. Our kids especially loved feeding Walter and visiting the chickens. 「Great stay while our daughter checked out Cal Poly. Well appointed, well located historic home only a short walk to downtown. We enjoyed the living room and kitchen but weather kept us inside. Although we ate in, there are some cool restaurants across the street and really good ice cream! Our host even left us snacks, drinks and a half dozen eggs to enjoy. Looking forward to coming back soon! Thanks Michael for the stay and solid communication. 」

「The views of the beach and the sound of the waves as you fall asleep are the best features of this property. It has been tastefully decorated in an uncluttered fashion and everything was in working order. The mattress was very comfortable with a great, warm comforter. So minor, but we did find that there were clean dishes left in the dishwasher (probably from the prior guest), which wasn't a big deal.」

「The kitchen had everything we need to cook, bake, good size refrigerator, utensils and dishes. The yard was good for our dog, however it is not completed secure, so we did keep our dog on a leash was on the patio. Very nice to be able to bbq as well. Also, the store across the street has an impressive variety of unique stuff such as yeast for baking home made bread! 」
