Comfortable Camino Stop

An older hotel, but clean and comfortable. Became a favorite when they served tapas free of charge with wine: nice touch for hungry pilgrims!

Super nice staff

Well located, super nice staff. The hotel is not the fanciest, my room was very noisy from 06.00 am to 11 pm but afterwards was in total silence. Good for a stopover.

Rooms are old and plain, but very large and quite adequate for an overnight stay. The noise from the nightclub at the bottom of the hotel was, however, extremely loud and made it hard to get to sleep until it stopped around 1am. After that, it was fine.

40 Nudos is located right in the center of the city center! Perfecto!!! The only bad aspect of the hotel is the parking. It will cost you an additional $15 euros a day to park your vehicle underground.

There was no heat in the room. And that night was pretty cold. They lent me a very small heater, which was nice of them, but was making a lot of noise. At least it helped. Nice people at the front.

Worst ever customer service

When checking in I asked about what a paper on the wall at the reception in spanish means. It was an offer mentioning something about airport and the price of 6,5€. I asked if it is a price for transportation to the airport, even specifying that is it like an airport taxi. The receptionist said yes and asked if she can make a booking for that service. I thus canceled my bus ticket accordingly. I checked later before going to bed if the taxi reservation is ok for an early schedule. I was now being given the answer that the note on the wall is a parking fee at the airport. I asked how much a taxi to the airport costs, receiving an answer ”I don’t know”. I told the receptionist to cancel this taxi booking, which she did, but when I gave the receptionist feedback that I was given information about an ”airport transportation service” earlier, she just shook her head and said ”no” – insisting that I would have not been given this promise. Basically she meant that I was, somehow, wrong about what I had been told esrlier. The correct reply would have been to frankly just tell that the earlier receptionist had misunderstood, and maybe even apologise on the occasion. But what I got was just a denial of what I had been told. You cannot do much worse than to blame the customer about your mistake. Due to the lack of the most basic level of customer service skills I can not honestly recommend to stay in this hotel. Town was lovely, but this place something else.

Betten bequem und Sauber....aber im Bad plastik...

Die beiden Damen an der Rezeption hatten mir das Gefühl gegeben das sie genervt waren. Null Infos über Frühstück,Wlan, wo mein Zimmer ist,was mam halt so macht bei einem neuen Gast.Und lächeln konnte man gar nicht erwarten. Ganz im Gegenteil die Empfangsdame die gegen Nachmittag da war,top. Zimmer sauber, Bett bequem. Aber ich verstehe nicht warum man im Jahr 2023 und dann noch in einem 3 Sterne Hotel, oder generell: Plastikbecher die nochmal in Plastik verpackt sind im Badezimmer hat, keine Toilettenbürste vorhanden ist, kein Papiereimer im Zimmer. Und vollkommen unverständlich: Warum sind die Schubladen von beiden Nachtschränckchen zugeklebt? Das Managment sollte da einiges ändern.

Ingen varme på værelset, havde meget vådt regntøj, som ikke kunne tørre. Da jeg spurgte om at få varme på, fik jeg at vide at det var et ekstra tæppe, men det blev regntøjet ikke tørt af! Ikke den service man forventer fra et Hotels. com hotel Mange andre hoteller langs kysten sætter varme på om aftenen. Ved indcheckning står 2 damer i receptionen og diskuterer højlydt henover hovedet på mig

Hotel tranquillo e in pieno centro, nota positiva le tapparelle in camera, la vera pecca è il bagno, doccia senza tenda/vetro, mancanza di un porta sapone/shampoo e soprattutto (scoperto in nottata) mancanza dello scovolino che è parecchio fastidioso. Per il resto consiglio l'hotel per la zona centrale. Non ho usufruito della colazione
