Alles sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten für 4 Personen. 2 sehr schöne Terrassen mit schönem Garten. Der Vermieter Pino ist bei Fragen immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Posizione ideale per tutto!!!

La casa in una zona residenziale è in posizione strategica tra il centro del paese e la spiaggia, una breve passeggiata di 10 minuti in entrambe le direzione e sei dove vuoi... in una zona dove comunque sono presenti tanti servizi (bar, pasticcerie, ristoranti, supermarket, sportelli bancomat ecc ecc). Il proprietario, il sig. Pino, con il quale abbiamo subito interagito come se fossimo vecchi amici (magari perché pure lui è di fede giallorossa) si è subito dimostrato all'altezza della situazione sia nell'accoglienza sia dandoci buoni consigli sui posti da visitare per la settimana che dovevamo trascorrere, e sempre a djsposizione per qualsiasi evenienza... Tra l'altro ha dimostrato di essere una persona molto attenta nei dettagli sopratutto nell'arredamento e la cura del giardino e nell'aver prestisposto tre nuovissime e magnifiche docce esterne dotate di acqua calda. La casa dotata di tutto quello che avevamo visto nella descrizione l'abbiamo vissuta molto poco visto che l'usavamo come base per tutti i nostri spostamenti nella Sicilia barocca, e comunque in quattro persone adulte l'abbiamo sfruttata bene, siamo anche riusciti a goderci una serata barbecue in giardino. L'unica cosa triste che la vacanza è durata troppo poco... da ritornare appena possibile. Vi consiglio vivamente la struttura.

Da Avola si volaaaaa

Avola è strategica per chi, come noi, desidera fare un tour di questa zona della Sicilia. A rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole è stato l'alloggio di Pino. Un appartamentino ben sistemato, a due passi dal mare, fornito di ogni confort e con un giardino meraviglioso che, sopratutto la sera, ti fa venir voglia di non muoverti da casa. Pino, il proprietario, è una persona molto socievole e alla mano che, con discrezione e pazienza, ci ha dato indicazioni e consigli sui posti da visitare e sulle spiagge da raggiungere.

Toller Urlaub in und um Avola, sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in und um Avola, Pino ist sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit und offen für Gastronomie oder andere Tips für die Gegend. Am letzten Tag hätten wir kulanterweise sogar bis nachmittags bleiben können. Die Wohnung ist schön, wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Wir haben insbesondere unser Frühstück, Abendessen oder auch Musik hören und spielen hinten auf der Veranda genossen. Die Lagedes Hauses fanden wir auch gut, zwischen Meer, Spielplatz und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten die ganze Zeit einen Mietwagen, wasspontane Ausflüge in die umliegenden Städte/ Natur/ Strand einfach machte. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Sehr schöner Urlaub

Der Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung in Avola war sehr schön. Die Wohung ist gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man so braucht. Zum Strand braucht man 15 Minuten, den nächsten Supermarkt hat man in 5 Minuten erreicht. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Pino ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Eine sehr nette zentral gelegene Wohnung mit einem netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber.

Das Zentrum von Avola und der Strand sind in kurzer Zeit fußläufig erreicht. Eine nette Bar findet sich in der Nachbarschaft. Man befindet sich im städtischen Leben. Die herrlichen Städte Noto, Modica, Scicli und Ragusa Ibla sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen ebenso wie Siracusa und die hervorragenden Wander- und Spaziermöglichkeiten (Pantalica-Schlucht, Noto Antica, Vendicari ...).

Excellent apartment within easy reach of the beach and the town.

The owner Pino was very friendly, helpful and always easy to contact. The apartment was well equipped and the garden was beautiful. The town of Avola has plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and other shops. The beach was a short walk away and was very clean. There are many places that are not far away and are worth visiting such as Siracusa, Noto, Ragusa, Vendicari and Cava Grande. We would happily stay there again.

prima verblijf prachtige tuin en aardige eigenaar

Met 4 volwassenen 2e helft april een prima tijd gehad. Het huisje heeft 1 ruime slaapkamer waar 2 extra bedden staan voor bv kinderen en nog een slaapkamer die wat kleiner is. Faciliteiten prima, de keuken/ zitkamer is wat klein, maar als compensatie is er een prachtige tuin waar je heerlijk kan zitten. Een vriendelijke en attente eigenaar die altijd bereikbaar is en bereid is je te helpen Mooie stranden met coctailbars en het centrum van Avola op loopafstand. Restaurantjes zijn goed bereikbaar. Avola is een goede uitval basis om de omgeving te verkennen. Wel heb je hierbij een auto nodig. De accommodatie is netjes. OP de stranden en de omgeving vonden we wel dat er veel zwerfafval ligt.
