Great quiet getaway

This is our 3rd year staying here at this property. We love the quiet cul de sac and the safe location. The house is great and has a lot of features we like. The pool and hot tub are great, nice game room, and the kitchen area is always a hot spot for us. Lots to room to relax and stretch out. We like the little pond and feeding the turtles. Great place and we highly recommend it.

Great house

It got our needs. Parking lot by ocean front very convenient for the sound side property. There outside lights for pool area must have a bad breaker as they did not work or any plugs.

Perfect spot for our large family

This cute house fit our family perfectly. Each of the adult couples had their own bedroom with bathroom and a flat screen TV. This allowed everyone a place to get away when they wanted peace and quiet. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed. A highlight for the kids was the dock with many large turtles swimming up begging for food. We also had a couple rousing volleyball games where there was much laughing. The older kids could ride their bikes to the shopping area which they enjoyed. We had a crab feast one evening on the upper deck from the seafood place very close by.

Nice home to stay in

Went with a fishing group of friends & the house had a fish cleaning table & a decent amount of parking. One of us parked in the grass because of an oil leak in his truck because we didn't want it to get on the concrete driveway. A "nosy neighbor" turned us in so we made due. As long as the price stays low enough, we wouldn't might staying in the house again in the future.

Vacation 2022

We had a great time. The house spacious enough that we didn’t feel on top of one another! The guys really enjoyed the game room and the “movie” room, a DVD player would have been nice since was packed a bunch of movies. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub and especially the tiki bar. The walk to the beach was short and easy, much shorter than I expected. Only thing that would make it better would be screens in the windows, the breeze was so nice and I would have love the cross breeze!

Nice house, wish it were closer to beach

Very nice house in Avon. We loved the pool and the multiple decks. Only wish for next year la to stay closer to beach - it’s a handful with kids.

OBX FIRST

We had a great time at OBX house was awesome probably could use fresh coat of paint but it was very nice! Loved the views loved layout of the house. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Good house

The house is very spacious and accommodated our extended family. Bathrooms were a little small but everyone got their own so it was only a 2 people using the smaller spaces.
