Perfect place for a family getaway

Our stay at Meditation

This property was very clean and stocked well, especially the kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were sparkling clean and it was dog friendly, Rocky enjoyed it as well. The pool and hot tub were also very clean. The overall stay was spectacular even though Hurricane Debby hit. I would recommend this property to anyone interested.

Very nice house. Do not believe basketball court and volley ball court.

Nice house. Nice hot tub. Basketball court was about 7’ wide. And volley ball court had trees and bushes growing in it. The home was perfect for our 10 person family Christmas.

Aggravations

Surf and Sound waits until the last second to send the door access codes; except they didn't send them. Our son was arriving before us so while I was driving I had to find their off hour support number. Later in the week two guys claiming to have a service work order showed up at the door. Since there was no notification by Surf and Sound they could have been crooks and I wasn't going to interrupt the family plans to chase this down or allow them in the home alone. This is a huge rental corporation and their processes are designed for their convenience, not their renters. Otherwise the house was nice and it was clean.

Fantastic house

We had a great time for our first vacation since the pandemic started! The house was clean and perfect for our group. Communicating with Surf and Sound was super easy! Thanks again for getting the pool open early for us! The kids were in JT almost every day!

Great spacious house close to the beach

Great spacious house just a couple of minutes' walk from the beach. Plenty of room on the third floor for spending time together in the evening, enjoying a meal or watching TV. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms with showers. There is even a real elevator, which was helpful for moving in and out. Nice swimming pool and the game room on the ground floor. The hot tub was somewhat weak, though. There is a Food Lion literally two minutes away by car, if you need to stock up on groceries or beer and wine.
