Loved the house! But

We loved this house!! The only complaint was the kitchen refrigerator was not big enough for the amount of people that the house sleeps. Check in was a breeze and the house was very clean. Tip: book directly through surf or sound to save $$$$

Not pet friendly as listed

My MIL really wanted a pet friendly home and that’s the reason we picked this place. When we went to book it’s listed in fine print that it’s no longer pet friendly. 10 pickets we’re not attached to the railing on the crows nest. There was a wire were a previous tenant attempted to secure them & another railing was not attached off the kitchen. The entire house only has sheer curtains over the windows in the bedrooms so the sun and headlights are a major issue when trying to put little ones to bed early or sleep in. The house is in a great location and a short 5min walk to the beach. There’s a FoodLion and Duck Donuts also in walking distance. The pool/hot tub are nice! The layout of the house works for multi families vacationing together. House had everything you could want for the kitchen but no shatter proof glasses. Would stay here again if they added blackout curtains.

Fantastic stay!

The house was exactly as described. Super clean, very spacious and great location. The realty group was very responsive when needed and I would recommend working with them and returning to the property.

Not a private lake.

This property is nice. It's not on a private lake like the listing says. It's more of a retention pond. The hot tub is not a six person tub. It's four people max comfortably. Overall it wasn't great, it wasn't bad.
