"Everything was great, except in the morning, when I went to make coffee, poured water into the back of the coffee pot in the room, and seeing something floating in the water, someone previously had put grapefruit seeds in it and was floating. Pretty disgusting that someone would do that, i did mention it to the front desk that maybe the maids that clean the room might want to check the back of the coffee pots as well.When cleaning,"

"Beautiful location with many rooms suitable for a large crowd. Cleanest property we have ever had. The lake and views were spectacular and many amenities in the kitchen. We loved our time! Only 20 mins from downtown CDA!"

"WE had a lot of family things to attend to but coming back to this place was definitely a nice break.Very quiet and peaceful, neighbor was great to talk to. Grand kids loved the toys and games. Thank you again Jenny"

"Clean house with great lake view."

" The home is in an excellent location with quick access to the public beach, boat ramp and public golf courses. It was very clean and we appreciate the extra pull out chair beds being made up for us before we got there. There were plenty of lake and backyard toys and games available for use. We also liked that there were some basic, shelf-stable kitchen ingredients available in the cupboards for our use. The neighborhood was quiet and host Jen was easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs."

"We visited Hayden to see friends and booked this home for the trip. Communication with Amanda was excellent, and check-in/check-out instructions were very clear. Unfortunately, when we arrived the house had a strong smoke odor, despite being told it hadn’t been occupied. Having worked in real estate, I recognized it as the kind of smell that lingers in homes where smoking occurred over time, and the heat likely made it worse. It was strong enough that we considered finding another place to stay, but with the holiday weekend everything was booked.We did our best by opening windows (though some locks were broken) and running the AC, which made it more tolerable, but we still woke up each morning with red eyes and congestion. The bedding was clean and nice, though the beds themselves were quite firm and not very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and functioned nicely, but we also noticed some maintenance issues, including a broken closet door and a hole in the bathroom wall.Overall, while the communication was great, we were disappointed with the stay and would have preferred a different experience."
