Fantastic property with one small flaw

We had a great holiday here with two families. House was well appointed and equipped and the grounds and pool house are fabulous! The only drawback is that the owners haven't paid for refuse collection so we had to cart our rubbish to the nearest town. The surrounding area is lovely, with a short drive to beaches and seaside towns. The nearest town, Avrillé, does not have a lot to offer but has a small shop, takeaway and nice patisserie. Le Bernard is walkable from the house and has a lovely boulangerie/patisserie. Amazing waterpark, 'Fun' Park and Karting all within 10 mins drive. Nice and flat for family cycles too!

Nous avons passé un excellent wkd entres amis. Nous étions 7 adultes et 3 enfant de 2et 4 ans nous nous sommes éclatés !! La maison est magnifique et fonctionnel. On y trouve tout se que nous avons besoins. La piscine est vraiment super les petits comme les grands avons plus qu'apprécier !! Adresse a retenir !

Week end tout confort

Nous avons séjourné à la Demeure du Pont Rolland un week end de décembre avec un temps très pluvieux. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent week end dans la maison. Le Sauna est assez grand (Limite 7 personnes). La piscine était à 29° tout le week end. Et le billard est top. La literie très confortable. L'espace fitness (spa/piscine/billard) est dissocié de la maison principale ce qui est vraiment un plus pour une petite soirée avec de la musique. Au niveau des axes d'améliorations : Le sauna fait aussi Hammam mais il fait sauter les plombs avec l'humidité. La cuisine est à l'autre bout de la salle à manger ce qui n'est pas super pratique pour les repas. Il y a une cheminée mais pas de bois pour faire du feu (un petit tas de bois dans la bergerie ou au fond du jardin serait le bienvenue ou préciser dans l'annonce qu'il faut que l'on ramène du bois). Sinon c'était top !

Très belle location

Séjour en octobre 2021, maison très confortable et agréable à vivre, la piscine couverte et chauffée est un plus en toutes saisons sans oublier le sauna. Cette villa est située au calme dans un environnement préservé et à proximité des belles ballades (GR à 100m) mais avec des commerces situés à moins de 10 minutes en voiture. Le service de conciergerie est très réactif et sympathique, ça contribue à rendre le séjour encore plus agréable, merci !

Très belle demeure au calme avec vastes volumes. Repos et détente garantis . Belle cuisine bien aménagée : manque équipements pour cuisiner ( robot multifonctions, blender, presse agrume...) Belle cheminée ( dommage bois non fourni , manque soufflet de cheminée ) Superbe espace détente bien équipé : bar , frigo , magnifique piscine chauffée et couverte donnant sur le parc et l'étang de la propriété. 2 vélos aqua gym à disposition vieillissants et inutilisables ( pédaliers bloqués ) . Beau billard bien que vieillissant ( regrettable ). Beau sauna utilisable uniquement en partie sèche ( regrettable ) . Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et recommandons vivement cette demeure .

Super location pour profiter en famille ou entre amis . Le coin est vraiment très calme . Grand jardin et espaces de jeux . La piscine et le sauna sont super . Très bonne communication arrivé et départ arrangeant . Aurais pu etre un poil plus popre .. Nous reviendrons si nous en avons l'occasion .

Une superbe demeure au calme

Une magnifique demeure au calme une magnifique demeure au calme pas très loin des plages de Vendée avec des commerces à proximité et des grandes villes dans lesquelles vous pouvez faire des balades touristiques ou acheter des souvenirs. La maison est très bien équipée les murs sont impressionnants la cheminée est très appréciable. L'espace extérieur est très bien entretenu et le bâtiment dans lequel se trouve la piscine le sauna la table de ping-pong et le billard est vraiment très agréable pour y passer des soirées à jouer aux cartes ou à discuter entre amis et de profiter des installations.
