The apartment is distributed in two bedrooms, the first with a double bed, TV and bathroom with bathtub inside the same suite and the second with two single beds of 0.90. There is another bathroom outside the rooms with a shower, living room - dining room with large sofas and TV and a perfectly equipped kitchen to spend the days comfortably; oven, microwave, washing machine, ceramic hob... etc. The whole house has mosquito nets on the windows, fitted wardrobes, and air conditioning. On the glazed terrace overlooking the fantastic garden there is outdoor furniture to enjoy lunch in the open air.
The house has common areas with gardens, swimming pool, tennis and paddle tennis courts, garage and children's area.
