It is a very decent hotel for the price you pay. Very clean, renovated, and the receptionist was very kind. The location is great too. The only thing i didn’t like is that they didn’t have a remote control for the A/C in the rooms. If you wanted to change the temperature, you had to ask the receptionist. I have never experienced this in any other hotel.

I had booked a "city view" non smoking room. But ended up with a pool view room that stank of cigarettes and damp. The guy gave me the key and went. The room was really hot so I started looking for the remote but nowhere to be found. Went to reception, the guy said we only have 1 remote for all rooms, you'll need to bring it back straight away. In the room there is a wardrobe with nothing to hang your clothes from (see picture). They also say put your valuables in the safe. There was no luck to the safe (see picture). I had booked for 3 days and checked out after a few hours.

Die Sauberkeit war definitiv nicht gegeben, das Interieur war absolut mangelhaft (fehlende Kleiderstange, angeklebte Rauchmelder, keine Beistelltische am Bett und das die Klimaanlage nur durch einen versteckten Schalter an oder aus zu schalten) Betttücher oder Handtücher selbst nach Anfrage wurden nicht getauscht. Die erste Reinigung des Zimmers erfolgte einen Tag vor Abreise und das bei einem Aufenthalt von mehr als einer Woche. Allgemein ist die gesamte Anlage sehr „abgerockt“ sodass der Name definitiv seine Herkunft bezeichnen möchte. Über die Poolanlage sollte man einen Bogen machen. Nicht nur dass es extrem nach Chlor riecht, alles ist in einem desolaten Zustand und ohne festes Schuhwerk sollte man sämtliche Bereiche meiden. Zudem gab es nur eiskaltes Wasser aus den Duschen und auch kein Internet. Alle Angaben auf der Website sind evtl irgendwie einmal vorhanden gewesen aber definitiv nicht mehr vorhanden… jedes Hostel hat mittlerweile bessere Qualität. Einzig Tatiana an der Rezeption hat zumindest versucht einiges zu ermöglichen da selbst ein Föhn oder Gläser nicht auf den Zimmern vorhanden waren und diesbezüglich ein paar Male aushelfen konnte wenn sie denn im Dienst war. Das restliche „Team“an der Rezeption waren eine Katastrophe. Einzig die Nähe zu allen Restaurants und Aktivitäten ist positiv zu bewerten.
