「We did not receive any check in instructions by 2pm on day of stay. Called host to ask for them. On the call the host said the stay was not available and cancelled. If we didn’t call to ask for the check in instructions we wouldn’t even have known. They didn’t have the courtesy to tell us in advance. We were in the area for a wedding so we needed a place to stay overnight regardless. 「We stayed for one night and loved it! The apartment is new, spotless, and in an excellent location. We really appreciated the free parking, as well as the thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and all the kitchen utensils we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. Our only suggestion would be to have a few extra pillows, but overall it was a wonderful stay and we’d happily come back!」

「The first house we were supposed to stay in looked great however it had no internet. With one pre teen and a teenager this is very much a deal breaker. They offered us a similar house but not quite as big. All was good. Then we woke up on the first morning to find ants in the kitchen, they'd got into some of the food we bought. As compensation we were offered a 100 credit and a game of bowling.Most of the staff were great.」
