Beautiful house landaise located in Azur, about 7 km from the central beach of Moliets, on an airial of 8000 m2, without opposite. Ideal family holidays.
Near beaches (Messanges shuttle, Moliets, Vieux Boucau), golf courses, lake with water activities, green slope. Dax 20mn, Bayonne 30mn, Spain 1h.
In a park of 8000 m², airial landais, unfenced, authentic renovated Landaise house and all comfort in an enchanting and authentic for a holiday in nature.
The house comprises:
3 rooms:
1 bed 160, 2 beds 140, 2 beds 90, 1 child bed
1 bathroom on the ground floor: 1 bath, 1 shower, 2 sinks
1 bathroom upstairs: 1 shower, 1 basin
2 W. C (one in ground garden and one upstairs)
Fully equipped kitchen: stove, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave ...

Vacances au calme en pleine nature
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
La maison est grande et bien agencée, le terrain est très grand. On a apprécié le calme de la propriété, le chant des oiseaux et les différents animaux qui traversaient la forêt.
Un vrai dépaysement.
Les pistes cyclables ne sont pas très loin et permettent de se déplacer sans danger, elles sont bien aménagées.
La propriétaire est très gentille et disponible.
