“We loved the riad, the design and cleanliness of the entire building was great! The pictures posted are very accurate. However, the cleaning of the bathroom in the apartment could be better. And as mentioned in the other comments, there are dogs barking continuously during the day and night which is very unpleasant. We could also hear neighbors clearly from the apartment. What helped with the noise (dogs and neighbors) was to turn on the AC and close the bedroom door at night. ”

“Dirty, cold and unsafe hotel with dishonest owner. Started with the false information from the owner. My mum is 80 years old and cannot take many stairs. I specifically contacted the owner and asked if the room is on the ground floor, he said yes!yes! In reality she had to climb 3 blocks of stairs… Then he didn’t even check our passports (it’s a mandatory in Morocco) and demanded extra cash for an “upgrade”. Then apartment was extremely dirty, even the toilet was dirty. And very cold! We asked……

“The host did not communicate well at all. Hire a guide to find the place only to find out o host to receive us and no check in direction. Had to pay more for a last minute hotel and the guide to help us find the apartment in the first place. The place is really difficult to find and host is unresponsive.”
