「On the plus side, the room was spacious and clean. However, several of the staff were quite rude and we did not feel at all welcome. The building is also a retirement home, and I felt that was the main focus and that the hotel was just a side hustle. Breakfast is advertised until 10, but the limited buffet is not replenished after about 9.30, and on the 5 mornings we were there it was very depleted by 9.45. We were disappointed to be advised by email a few days before our visit that the swimming...
