After contacting the bedding, my skin became itchy, which raised concerns about cleanliness. I reported this to the front desk, but initially, the concern was dismissed based on photos, and I was told that no replacement could be arranged because only one staff member was on duty. 「Breakfast included was good, room was very spacious, full kitchen minus a stove, staff very helpful, lots of local eateries close with Uber Eats delivery we received our seafood dinner delivered to our room within 20 minutes on a Sunday evening from The Spot, it was hot & delicious with all the condiments included. Homes 2 Suites is a Wonderful place to stay in Galveston,TX on Seawall Blvd... Will be staying here again, hopefully very soon.」

「The hotel is very quiet and easy to find. It's a bit far from the bustling streets, but the breakfast provided is excellent, and there's a convenient gym available. However, after I left my room early in the morning, the staff might have thought I had checked out. They cleaned the room and accidentally threw away my water bottle and hat. When I returned, I couldn't find them, which was a little upsetting.」

「We arrived at the hotel and was told it was canceled. We didn't receive an email or any notification of the cancelation. We had nowhere else to go. They scrambled to find us a room but the only room available didn't have AC. It's the middle of summer in Texas. They did give us a discount on the room with no AC but it smelled like mold & stuff & extremely hot.」
