We spend our wedding weekend at this beautiful place. From a relaxing BBQ to getting ready and first look at the overlook - perfect venue! Luxurious backyard stay

Modern well decorated house at the back of the owners residence. Two steep stairs take you up the hill to the house with very comfortable living area, bed- and bathroom. With 4 terrasses, always a perfect spot to sit outside. With especially the top terrace, having the awsome view. Dog friendly with a fence around the property, although a lot of stairs which is no issue depending your dog. Village center is a 15 min walk down the valley. The forrest and wine vineyards are around the corner. So you can walk your dog every day in nature. Although modernly equipped, you are in nature and will face the usual insects. Also due to the residential location, the neighbour might decide to start cutting his grass at 8am in the morning. Parking is free at the doorstep and the hostess is very accommodating. We highly recommend this place and we consider returning one day, which is something we hardly do.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Grundstück und das Haus sind einfach außergewöhnlich schön und sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Meine Partnerin und ich sind begeistert von dem Haus. Wir waren mit unserem Hund ein Wochenende dort. Unsere Vorstellungen wurden weit übertroffen.Das Haus liegt oberhalb von Bad Dürkheim in einem exklusiven Villenviertel und beeindruckt durch seine hochwertige, geschmackvolle Ausstattung auf zwei Etagen. Bei dem Haus handelt es sich um das sanierte ehemalige Atelier eines Malers.Die Einrichtung wurde mit viel Sinn für Stil und Komfort gewählt – von edlen Materialien bis hin zu aufwändig gestalteten Lichtakzenten mit direkter und indirekter Beleuchtung, die abends für ein besonderes Ambiente sorgen. Die voll ausgestattete Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen: Herd, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und sämtliche Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Auch eine Waschmaschine steht zur Verfügung. Mehrere Terrassen laden zum Entspannen ein und bieten reizvolle Ausblicke auf Bad Dürkheim und die Rheinebene.Für gemütliche Stunden sorgt ein Kaminofen, während ein großer Smart-TV mit einer hochwertigen Soundanlage, ein Internet-Radio, Bücher, DVDs und eine Spielesammlung für Unterhaltung sorgen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist top: super sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles da was benötigt wird, ein Highlight sind die unterschiedlichen Terrassen und der Ausblick über die Stadt. Man sollte gut zu Fuss sein, da es einige Stufen zur Wohnung täglich zu bewältigen gibt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nah an der Stadt und ideal für Ausflüge jeglicher Art ins Umland geeignet. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für die schöne Zeit die wir hier verbringen durften!

Mein Mann und ich waren zusammen mit unseren Trauzeugen und ihrem kleinen Sohn für unsere Hochzeit in der Pfalz und sind in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft untergekommen. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt.Wissen sollte man jedoch, dass es von der Straße bis zum Ferienhaus etliche Stufen Stufen sind. Der Vermieter hatte nach unserer Ankunft sofort gefragt ob er uns helfen könnte!Die Abwicklung unseres Aufenthaltes und die Kommunikation während unserer Zeit vor Ort verlief reibungslos.
