Located in Bad Herrenalb, this cozy 43 sqm rooftop studio apartment accommodates up to 3 guests with walls reaching up to 6 meters high and large windows offering mountain views into the Black Forest. You will find 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and an additional 1x2m bed in a sleeping mezzanine accessible by ladder. The apartment includes 1 bathroom and a private well-equipped kitchen. Amenities feature private WiFi, TV with streaming apps, comfortable seating with couch and reading chair, dining table, and custom-built wardrobes matching junior suite hotel standards.



Step onto your private balcony with dining table, ideal for morning breakfast with direct sunlight. The shared hillside garden provides space for relaxation, while the shared heated indoor pool and shared sauna are available for your enjoyment. The sauna is available for an extra fee. A shared uncovered terrace complements the outdoor amenities.



Shared street parking is available at the property. Public transportation connects you conveniently to surrounding areas, with the bus stop 200m away and hourly service to town center. The walk to town takes approximately 20 minutes. Please note that pets are not allowed, and the mezzanine sleeping area is not suitable for people with mobility restrictions or young children due to the steep ladder. Events and business activities with client reception are not permitted.



Forest hiking trails, including paths to the deer enclosure, begin directly at your doorstep. With your spa card, you can travel free by bus and train to destinations like Wildbad, Baden-Baden, Ettlingen, or Karlsruhe. A cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee.

Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über alles Notwendige. Leider haben sich Nagetiere in den Wänden eingenistet, sodass ich jede Nacht geweckt wurde. Die Tiere haben sehr starken Lärm über Stunden verursacht, sodass ich mich nach 4 Nächten zum Auszug entschieden habe.Der Vermieter hat einen Teil der Kosten zurück gezahlt.Vor mir haben sich bereits Mieter über Nagetiere beschwert jedoch hat der eingeschaltete Schädlingsbekämpfer, laut Aussage des Vermieters, nichts finden können.Meines Erachtens sollte der Vermieter dringend etwas gegen die Nagetiere in den Wänden machen, da es ja auch um sein Eigentum geht, aber er war im Gespräch sehr uneinsichtig und hat von Natur und Tieren auf dem Dach gesprochen, was jedoch definitiv nicht der Fall war.Ich würde die Wohnung nicht nocheinmal buchen.
