"Pros: Das Haus ist sehr schön und macht es einem sehr leicht sich wohlzufühlen. Auch wenn die angrenzenden Häuser nicht sehr weit entfernt sind, wird die Privatsphäre durch angrenzende Hecken geschützt. Es gibt ein recht großes Gartengrundstück. Aufgrund der warmen Temperaturen, habe ich den Innen- und Außenkamin nicht genutzt. Sind aber bestimmt ein Highlight. Die Sitzecke und der Esstisch bieten auch für mehrere Personen Komfort und die Aussicht (durch die großen Fenster) ist toll. Das Haus...

"When we arrived we were given a ticket to park the car in their own private car park, which was very helpful. The room was spacious and the amenities were well kept and clean. A very good location also, as it was placed in a beautiful part of Wernigerode but also only 10 minutes walk away from 2 of the Harz Railway stations and a mainline station. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Wir waren das zweite Mal in der Unterkunft und es hat und wieder sehr gut gefallen.Die Kommunikation ist super, der Check in ebenfalls. Die Lage ist toll! Einerseits fast im Wald, andererseits fast in der Stadt.Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber.Vielen Dank!"

"Should have been told it was not a hotel. Difficult to check in. Did not receive how to get Key to room instructions before I arrived or instructions on how to check out. Room had a kitchen but no silverware/utensils. I got to the address and wandered around for a half an hour trying to figure out how to get into my room or even where my room was after flying for 14 hours. Luckily I found a cleaning person in a nearby room who helped me find a key to get into my room. I had no one I could contact otherwise."
