Quiet & Beautify Guesthouse

I choose to stay at the other side of Lake Tegernsee as the price charge here are more reasonable, and yet not lack of convenience. We took the public bus 359 or 366, it took us around 20min to the other end. The day transport ticket of MVV solve all our transport fee. Excellent. Back to Landhouse Ertle, a 5min walk from main road bus stop, very beautiful neighborhood with decent restaurant. The bathroom has been renovated, brand new ! And I can see the property is going thru renovation and should be getting even better. Breakfast is excellent. Glad that we choose to stay here for our weekend excursion from Munich.

Das Hotel ist gut, hat alles was man braucht & ja. Es sind 3 Sterne, man darf nicht puren Luxus erwarten. Zimmer und Gebäude insgesamt sind sauber & es passt. Eine Badewanne in der man duschen kann/muss ist halt nicht mehr zeitgemäß, aber hey.. wie gesagt, 3 Sterne & kein purer Luxus. Bett war bequem, Kissen sehr gut & Personal freundlich. Wirklich hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück: Mega!! Da können sich andere Hotels/Unterkünfte wirklich eine Scheibe von abschneiden. Das Frühstück war liebevoll, großzügige Auswahl & die Qualität war wie beim Metzger von Nebenan. Respekt dafür!

I was staying for a few days in the area and found this to be a wonderful place to stay, close to restaurants and the lake, very relaxing and enjoyable. The breakfast was fantastic, fresh rolls, cold cuts, delicious scrambled eggs - so dark yellow, you could tell the eggs were from free range chickens.
