「Ashish at reception is like a maestro/ making sure everything is working, guests are happy, etc. he does an awesome job! He has done challenges to work with, such as excessive noise from within the hotel due to an open staircase. It starts about 6:30 am with Oreo for Brfk down in the lobby ( all way up to higher levels) and really continues all day. Noise from outside is minimal. Breakfast is a nice selection. Bathroom is very small- two people don’t fit. Needs a bit of sprucing up; water noise...

「Staff 好 Nice, 早餐好豐富，酒店代安排的士往機場( 自費), 酒店有150 年歷史，房間有兩部暖爐，床又有暖毯！」

「For the price and location in Thamel. Great property. 」

「不好」

「Stayed for 2 days and it was unmatched. Service was outstanding. The BNB itself was outstanding. Free breakfast served fresh. I will be back next time I am in Kathmandu. Absolutely lovely owner and staff. Highly recommend you stay here. A little tough to find but it is down that dead end Street. Paid 600nr for a taxi from the airport. Not more than that.」

「When I arrived I was told the hotel was full, despite having a reservation for a single room. I wasn't offered any equivalent alternative, even though there were other similar hotels in the area. 」
