"The property is in a great location near the Duomo and leaning tower of Pisa. The terrace has a great view of the buildings and also has a very good restaurant. The rooms and hotel felt tired and since we went to the hotel in the first week of May, the air conditioning was not available. The room was warm even with the window open . The bed and pillows were just ok. Breakfast was very good. Large selection of food choices."

"We thoroughly loved our trip to Pisa and this hotel. You couldn’t ask for a better located hotel to see all that Pisa has to offer. Our room was modest but more than adequate for the two of us. It could get noisy at night but that was mostly the other guests and not the hotels fault. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend!"

"The breakfast buffet was amazing and full of options. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The thermal spas were relaxing but recommend early so it’s not packed with people. The hotel itself was incredibly hot in hallways due to thermal spas but front desk delivered fan directly to room when asked for. However, if you ask for “garden view” room, it is view from hallway directly outside bedroom which only windows open up to hallway. It is about 15-20 minute drive from Pisa centrale so be prepared for cab fare. But are delish places to eat/drink within walking distance. "

"It’s a beautiful place but without modern amenities. It needs work and no where near to the 4 star hotel facilities. Was also charged for an extra cot which was already paid. Read instructions well after booking."

"The hotel is in a old manor house in a small village, located about halfway between Lucca and Pisa. It was hard to find when we first arrived. If you like peace and quiet in the countryside, then this location is ideal. There are a few restaurants on the main road between Lucca and Pisa, but their opening hours are unpredictable. The hotel staff is friendly and breakfast is adequate."
