「Our room was ok, but not well equipped at all. There was a Nespresso coffee maker with not one pod to be found. There was no other coffee maker, no tea kettle to boil water, no dish towel. The company said they would bring a coffee pot to us the second day we were there, but on the fifth day when we checked out, they had still not supplied one. Our consierge asked for a set of sheets for the sofa bed - we never got them. All in all, the customer service was lacking for the amount we paid for...

「We had a very nice stay. Great comfort and perfect location. Close to the inner city but in a more quiet location. Only downside was the smell in the bath room, but that is quite common in Italy and did not influence our good experience」

「Outstanding location near Ponte Vecchio in Oltrarno. Wine window at restaurant next door and lots of great restaurants nearby. Walking distance to everything that makes Florence wonderful. It’s above a place where people take cooking classes, so it gets a little loud mid-day, but it’s quiet by bed time. It’s an apartment and not a hotel, so don’t expect a front desk with hotel service.」

「酒店位置很好，附近有米开朗基罗广场和波波洛花园，过桥走十分钟就到乌菲兹美术馆，酒店建筑历史悠久，但是房间内设施比较现代，而且房间很干净，入住的时候管理人员会给你介绍酒店设施，休闲吧的咖啡免费自助，早餐18欧一人，花园不如照片上看到的大，比较小巧精致，酒店的大门白天是开放的，所以如果住在大门口那栋楼上房间的话，需要注意个人财物，因为我们有一天回来的时候发现房门开了，当然我们没有留贵重物品在房间所以也没有遗失，但是不知道是外来的人打开的还是内部人打开的，另外我们入住了三个晚上，但是客房清洁服务三天都没有提供，这个有点糟糕」
