「After the reservation more than a week before check in I called to the hotel and asked to reserve for me first floor due to the legs problem. I was told that they will do that. When I came to check in on the front desk I refused a room on the first floor and this is in addition to the broken and nonfunctioning elevator. Not a good service.」
