Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Schönes Ambiente im gesamten Hotel. Das Frühstück war gut, auch wenn 30 Minuten vor Ende schon einiges leer war. Abendessen war sehr gut und die Portionen ausreichend. Unser Zimmer war sehr gut gelegen mit toller Aussicht. Leider war jedoch bei unserer Ankunft ein voller Aschenbecher auf unserer Terrasse, in dem auch ein verschimmelter Apfelstuzen lag. Auch war das Toilettenpapier fast leer und kein Ersatz vorhanden. Nach Beschwerde wurde beides umgehend bereinigt. Der SPA Bereich im EG wirkt dunkel und eng. Leider waren auch keine Saunahandtücher zunächst vorhanden sodass wir mit unserem ersten Saunagang warten mussten bis die Handtücher im Wäschetrockner getrocknet waren. Für ein 5 Sterne SPA eher enttäuschend. Der SPA Bereich auf dem Dach war allerdings sehr schön, modern und sauber. Alles in allem ein Hotel das man mit Einschränkungen empfehlen kann.

Ruime kamer met balkon. TOP restaurant. Het ontbijt is uitstekend: men kan zelf verse jus d’orange persen, eieren worden voor je gebakken, ruime keuze aan brood en lekker beleg. Ook het diner verdient een ster. We zijn 4 nachten in dit hotel verbleven en hebben 3x in het restaurant gedineerd. Enig minpuntje: We missen koffie- en thee faciliteiten op de kamer.
