Hotel in an excellent location. Many amenities nearby, including the Nizami Metro station. A bad experience booking a tour with a receptionist, Kanan. During an organized tour by Kanan, the driver, who didn't speak English—even though we had booked a driver who spoke English—demanded us to pay a supposed parking fine he'd received...
Overall, a good hotel, but the staff wasn't up to par.
In fact sometimes they didn't even say hello when you entered or they weren't even present at reception desk.
For example, to check out we waited about 15 minutes for someone to arrive to collect the keys.
