「The property is in a perfect location, easily walkable to all places of interest. The staff were friendly and helpful.
This property is more like small apartments as supposed to being a proper hotel. There is no reception. Luckily the nice man in the hotel opposite helped me with my check-in. Unfortunately I had to wait for 40mins while my room was cleaned and then discovered that I had to go to another hotel for breakfast. 「Bed smelled like urine, blankets were not changed for the entire stay, and one of the 2 bathrooms was unusable, it was leaking. We told staff the next morning and he said they will take care of it tomorrow…tomorrow never came!! The only thing nice about the stay was the cleaning staff, they were very friendly and lots of places to go m, restaurants to eat at, but absolutely no parking. We had to pay about $200 mannat. I would never recommend this place. Glad to be out!」

「Great location right in the City center, walkable distance to major sightseeing places. Immaculate apartment, great customer service, spacious rooms. Outstanding communication from the Manager Sevil - she always responded to our inquiries very quickly, provided support, made us feel valuable guests. When we go to Baku next time, Leyla Appointments will definitely be our number one choice.」
