Victorian stone mansion in extensive grounds overlooking Bala Lake
- Eryl Aran is situated a short walk from the centre of Bala with all its shops, pubs and restaurants. The house is set in 4 acres of paddocks, fields and gardens and has an uninterrupted view of Bala Lake.
The interior of the house has been recently redecorated and updated and offers a cinema room, TV room, lounge and games room.
The modern kitchen features a 4 oven AGA, electric oven and gas hob together with coffee maker, dishwasher and all the expected electrical appliances.
Meals can be eaten at the large kitchen island or at the dining table adjacent to the kitchen area.
To the side of the property is a large patio area with gas fire pit, gas BBQ and patio heater
