The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house built in 1995, was renovated in 2020 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a holiday home area, in the town centre. Also due to its sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger and garden furniture.LocationBalatonföldvár, district Központ. The holiday apartement is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 100 m). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a carport and in a parking lot in the village (distance 4 m). Specialcentral heating (gas), oven in every room (gas).Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and dryer.
