Holiday home with pool and internet
The detached holiday home, built in 1989 and renovated in 2020, is modern and functionally furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, sandbox, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site and courtyard. Children's games, badminton and other outdoor games!.
Location
Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a 367 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The property is situated in the centre of the settlement, in a quiet environment!. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) in carport and on the street in front of the house. There is an additional free parking space in front of the house on the street.

Air conditioning, central heating (gas), electric heating. Recirculating gas stove + infrared panel + cooling-heating air conditioning! Children's toys, internet access (WiFi), iron, washing machine and dryer. TV reception via antenna. TV channels only in the local language. Netflix.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detector, smoke detector, and fire extinguisher.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-June to mid-September, diameter 3.6 m, depth 0.9 m).

The property has two entrances, both of which are accessible via a terrace, one terrace is about 4m2 and the other 25m2! Step one!. There are two entrances, one of which leads to the living room!.
Ground floor: Living room (17 sqm, walk-through room, not heated) with seating area, TV, fireplace, DVD player, CD player, dining area (6 seats) and access to the terrace (30 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers, parasol).
